ENROLLMENT POLICY
You may enroll for classes in-person, over the phone, or by mail. Payment is due at the time of enrollment. Phone enrollment requires a valid Visa or Mastercard to be processed. Mail enrollment must include an enrollment form and a tuition check made payable to McGroarty Arts Center. In-person enrollment accepts cash, check, Visa or Mastercard for processing. Enrollment is done on a first-come, first-served basis. Please review our refund policy before enrolling.
Priority Enrollment for Summer 2010 opens May 13, 2010 at 10:00am. General Enrollment for Summer 2010 opens May 20, 2010 at 10:00am. Priority Enrollment is offered to our donors at the fifty dollar ($50) level and above as our way of saying “Thank You” for supporting the Center. Become a donor today and jump to the front of the line for one whole year!
Adult classes accept students age 16 and up.
PAYMENT POLICY
Cash, Visa, Mastercard, and checks payable to “McGroarty Arts Center” are accepted. Full payment is due at the time of enrollment, unless other arrangements have been made. We aim to make arts education accessible to everyone. Payment plans are available. We are happy to make accommodations, just ask! If our tuition rates are beyond your current financial abilities, consider applying for a scholarship.
REFUND POLICY
Tuition is non-refundable unless the class is canceled by the Center. Students who drop out of a class after enrolling may request a credit. Credits may be used toward future tuition at the center. A full credit will be issued for classes dropped 8 days or more before the start of the class. A partial credit will be issued for classes dropped after this time. Please review the table below for more details:

LATE ENROLLMENT AND PRORATE POLICY:
Some classes allow students to join after the class has begun. Please call the office for availability: (818) 352-5285.
Prorating applies only to enrollment taken after the start of the class session. Prorates or discounts are not applicable to registered students who miss class. The discount applied is based on the price of the class and the number of classes missed. No discount is given for missing the first class. Please call the office for details (818) 352-5285.
