Children's Registration for the Spring Session is Saturday, March 15, 2008
9:00 am - 12:00 pm

REGISTRATION:
Registration for adult classes is now being accepted.
Registration for children's classes will begin at 9:00 am on March 15, 2008.
Processing will be on a first come, first served basis until 12:00 pm.
Numbers are given out to ensure your place in line.
NO OFFICIAL NUMBERS WILL BE GIVEN OUT UNTIL 8:30 am.
Adults may register beginning February 20th by phone or in person.

Please Note: Registration forms may be downloaded and filled out to save time, but must be presented in person. Mailed or faxed registration forms will not be honored.
PRIORITY REGISTRATION:
Priority registration will be March 11th, 12th and 13th from 10:00am-3:00pm. Priority registration is taken over the phone and in person. Priority registration is given to FOMAC members at the Family Membership level and above as our way of saying "Thank You" for supporting the Center. For information about becoming a FOMAC Member, please call or email the office.

SCHOLARSHIPS:
Scholarships are available on the basis of need. Scholarships are funded by the Friends of
McGroarty Arts Center (F.O.M.A.C.). Scholarships must be applied for prior

OFFICE HOURS AND SESSION DATES:
Office Hours during the quarter break will be 10:00 am - 3:00 pm Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. The quarter break runs March 9th through April 6th.

Office Hours during the quarter will be 10:00 am - 7:00 pm Monday - Friday and 9:00am-5:00pm Saturday. The winter quarter runs January 14th - March 8th.

Spring Session will be April 7, 2008 - May 31, 2008
Spring Registration will be Saturday, March 15, 2008
Summer Session will be July 7, 2008 - August 30, 2008
Summer Registration will be Saturday, June 7, 2008

| P O L I C Y I N F O R M A T I O N |

REGISTRATION POLICY:
Each person in the registration line may take ONE number and may register
members of any ONE family. There is no cutting. You may NOT hold a
place in line for your friends.
PAYMENT POLICY:
Payment is due on or before your first class. Other arrangements, such as paying in
installments, can be made with the office (818) 352-5285.
Visa, Mastercard, Cash or check accepted. Make checks payable to "F.O.M.A.C."
PRORATE POLICY:
Prorating applies only to registration taken after the start of the class session.
Prorates are not applicable to registered students who miss class due to
circumstances outside the Center's control. The discount applied is based on the
price of the class and the number of classes missed. Please call the office for
details (818) 352-5285.
REFUND POLICY:
Classes are non-refundable unless the class is canceled by the Center. In the event
that a student is dissatisfied or is unable to attend the class for which she
registered, the student can transfer to another available class or request a credit.
Credits are kept on file in the office and can be used for any future session of
classes. Please call the office for more information (818) 352-5285.

Reminder: Please leave and pick up students no more than 5 minutes before or 5 minutes after class. Teacher is not responsible to watch them past 5 minutes. Children must stay on sidewalks, not in vegetation areas. Thank you for assistance in these matters.
