Description: In these classes you will learn various forming techniques with an emphasis on wheel throwing and the production of functional pottery. You will also learn about hand building and surface design techniques like stamping, carving, and slip decoration.
Supplies: Cone 10 clay (available for purchase at MAC), a basic ceramics tool kit (wire cutter, needle tool, wooden knife, wooden rib, metal rib, and two trimming tools - available for purchase at MAC), and a towel.
