Description: Intermediate to advanced class is an open studio style class with our experienced instructor available for instruction and demonstrations as needed and as requested by students. The instructor is available to instruct in a variety of forming techniques, wheel throwing, the production of functional pottery, hand building, and surface design techniques like stamping, carving, and slip decoration.

Supplies: Cone 10 clay (available for purchase at MAC), a basic ceramics tool kit (wire cutter, needle tool, wooden knife, wooden rib, metal rib, and two trimming tools available for purchase at MAC), and a towel. We recommend you wear clothes that can get dirty. Many students also choose to wear an apron.
