Nature Journaling Workshop

$40.00

In this 2 hour hands-on workshop, you'll explore field journaling as art with Nature Journalist Terri Mando. Using techniques from Betty Edwards', "Drawing on the Right Side of the Brain" 5-basic component skills of drawing and John Muir Laws' "I notice... I wonder... It reminds me of..."journaling prompts, you’ll learn ways to direct focused attention and spark creativity, while learning to document the natural world around us. Bring your curiosity and be ready to try new things! You'll go home with a basic nature journaling "kit" and a mini-nature journal created during the workshop.

Age Group: Adult (18 and up)

Saturday, October 17, 10:00-12:00pm
